Epos Digital Pen

The Epos Digital Pen and USB drive has to be one of the coolest gadgets I have come across so far.
The pen and USB work together, so that everything that is written is converted into text that you can edit. Writing with the pen is easy, and it is possible to use the pen on a notebook or a stylus tip on something else. Then, once it is time to upload, just plug the USB Drive into your port for some editable text action.
The Epos Digital Pen and USB drive is due to go on sale sometime next year, no word on pricing yet.

Slick, but will most likely be quite expensive. P.s. Stumbleupon for firefox is awesome.
I wonder whether this will be like on palms, where you have to basically write in the right style in order for the usb to pick up the correct letters, or will there be a way that you can train it to recognise your writing?
I always wondered how they could translate your handwriting, could someone explain that to me?
